Top Sirloin
$11.25 per pound. Sold in single packages averaging 1.72 pounds. Due to deviations in weight of package, pricing will vary upon pickup. The top sirloin is a cut from the loin that offers good flavor in a thick cut ideal for grilling, broiling, sautéeing or pan-frying. While the top sirloin doesn't have as much marbling as a rib eye or New York strip, it certainly has enough to provide good flavor for a steak. And ours are the biggest and best!
Weight Differential
The exact weight of the meat and exact price will be different as we cannot put each product seperatly online. So when you order 2 pounds of meat, you may receive and pay for 2.4 or 1.8 when you get to the store. But you are welcome to pick out what packages you would like when you come to pick up, Sheila
